The Veterans Curation Program (VCP) flagship laboratory in San Mateo, California is the newest addition to the program, opening in November 2018. A total of 30 veterans have been employed in the San Mateo VCP. Currently, New South employs four (4) archaeological laboratory technicians in the San Mateo VCP.
